My name is Anna Hogue and I just had a baby in April of this year! Ladies, we all know that after we have those first babies, things definitely feel and look a little bit different! I must say that if you want results, she is definitely your gal! After doing my measurements for the first time, she jumped right in with a work out regimen and tips to follow to reach my goals! I do group training 3 times a week and 3 workouts on my own as well. In combination with the workouts, Jessica has me follow the principles of the "Abs Diet" which have quickly brought me to my goals! She has been an inspiration in my life and has taught me that living a healthy lifestyle is something that anyone can do with the right kind of support!
