On the first day of training Jessica provides clients with his/her complete body composition calculations and figures their lean mass vs fat mass ratio. With that information she calculates BMR or base metabolic rate, which she uses to personalize the number of calories needed per day to lose weight or maintain weight and lean up. Every 4-6 weeks she re-measures clients to see progress! Based on each month's results, Jessica then adjusts the workouts or nutrition program to continue meeting goals. She helps each client set monthly goals as well as long term-6 month/1 year goals.
