I am a sports and exercise science major at WTAMU, and fitness is my life. I work with people of all ages and fitness levels on weight loss, strength, toning, sports performance, balance, and flexibility. The people I have trained that applied themselves for the past 2 years have had great success in all of these areas, and most have exceeded their own expectations for themselves.
I hold certifications in personal training, yoga, group exercise, and R.I.P.P.E.D. and I am constantly seeking to learn new and interesting ways to stay fit myself, and help others stay fit. My second favorite part of personal training is goal setting, and my first favorite is goal reaching.
There is nothing more rewarding than motivating a person through the path you helped them build to reach their goals.
